Covid Policy

The Skin Centre Medi Spa is continuing its efforts in response to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and would like to reassure our clients that the health and wellbeing of our staff and clients continue to be our highest priority.

We have implemented a number of additional policies alongside our already strict hygiene protocols, to ensure a safe environment for our services to be conducted.

Listed are some of the precautionary measures we have implemented:

Staff will be asked the appropriate screening questions before each shift attended.
All clients will be asked the appropriate screening questions at time of booking.
All clients will be asked to check in with a QR code before their service (this can be offered in paper form if needed).
All staff will be required to wash and sterilise their hands before and after every interaction with clients.
Clients will be asked to wash and sterilise hands before their service.
Staff will wear masks and gloves for any appropriate service or interaction.
All high traffic areas and surfaces are disinfected after each client with hospital grade disinfectant.
Removal of all product testers, water station and communal touch points.

Clients who have an upcoming appointment with us and have recently returned from overseas, Victoria or New South Wales, have flu-like symptoms, or think they may have been in contact with a confirmed case of novel coronavirus, should contact the spa immediately to discuss rescheduling options. The novel coronavirus outbreak is a rapidly changing situation and we are committed to keeping you informed.
